The Butte County Air Quality Management District is re-launching the popular Lawn and Garden Equipment Voucher Program and is debuting a brand-new program aimed at providing portable air filters (HEPA air purifiers) at no cost to low-income qualifying residents of Butte County! 

Both programs will be launched at the Breathe Better Butte Fair, to be held on Wednesday, October 1 at Riverbend Park in Oroville from 2pm to 5:30pm. At this clean air-inspired fair you can participate in one or both programs, if qualified, see demonstrations of new battery-powered lawn and garden equipment, and visit other organizations that are also working towards better air quality and reduced wildfire risk.
