Complaints

District staff conducts special investigations of complaints for possible violations of air quality laws and regulations. To file a complaint please contact the District at 891-2882 or toll free at 888-891-2882, press “0” to speak with the receptionist, and request to speak to the on-duty inspector during regular business hours. You may also submit your complaint electronically by completing a FORM.

You may also file complaints directly with the California Air Resources Board (ARB). To reach the ARB's Complaint Hotline, please call 1-800-952-5588.
