March 25, 2013:  The Butte County Air Quality Management District (District) is holding Public Workshops and Hearings to consider adoption of the District's 2013-2014 Fiscal Year Budget.  Public Workshops and Hearings will be held at the following locations and times:  (Public Notice)

March 26, 2013:  The Butte County Air Quality Management District will hold a public hearing Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 10:00 am, in the Oroville City Hall, to consider adopting new Rule 434 - Emissions Statements. The staff report with proposed new rule as attachment is posted for comments. February 25, 2013:  The Butte County Air Quality Management District is proposing to amend three District Rules to include definitions and thresholds for Greenhouse Gases federal permit applicability. The District is posting the staff report with proposed amended rules as attachments for comments. The District will host a public workshop at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at our office located at 629 Entler Avenue, Suite 15, Chico, CA to review the rule with interested parties.
